I lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing the highest level of care possible to our clients. We utilize evidence-based practices in a community based setting to help our clients to reach their goals. We are also building new programs for transitional age youth and veterans.

Played an instrumental role in building a strong network of collaborative relationships that help win the million dollar SB 163 Wraparound Contract.The agency’s annual revenue grew by 40% (an increase of approximately one million dollars) in a down economic climate under my leadership prior to winning the Wraparound contract. SAY provided high impact programming to over 6,000 youth annually. Successfully managed youth leadership programs including the Sonoma County Summer Ecology Corps contract for Santa Rosa. These programs brought in over $800,000 annually while connecting over 300 at-risk youth with jobs each year.

Rebuilt SAY's failing Workforce Investment Act Program (WIA) by hiring exceptional people and encouraging a positive teamwork approach; skillfully managed the North County and Sonoma Valley Program in concert with the Sonoma Valley Coordinator; the success of these program under my leadership is evidenced by a boost in number of youth served, and in morale, the strength of these programs has allowed us to develop new revenue streams. Cultivated strong relationships in with the local school districts. The health of the relationships, and the excellent work provided by our counselors earned us a record level of funding through Cloverdale Unified School district even in times of shrinking district dollars. Facilitated highly successful groups on Anger Management and Expressive Arts; developed an excellent reputation for skillful, thoughtful, and supportive work with young people whom many would consider difficult or even unreachable.
