I am a civil engineer, design manager and project manager with over 18 years' experience. I have led design teams working on projects including flood prevention, waterway-led regeneration, marinas, river and canal locks and lock gates, weirs, river structures, river and canal bank protection. I have a particular specialism in waterways and navigation projects. I was on the committee for Constructing Excellence Berkshire for over 4 years, a cross-discipline organisation which aims to promote excellence in the construction industry. I coordinated both a charity mountain challenge and a raft race team for WaterAid every year at PBA and we raised over £25k in my time.
