    This job was a real challenge; not far from my home my old boss (from Olympia.be) asked me to start with his new company ACROPAQ as a ecommerce specialist. My tasks are:- Customer support (FR / NL / ENG); No question is too much 😉- Create quotations (eg Back2School to Cora) / Entering and managing orders- Starting up, running and expanding the whole ecommerce business (We have become supplier for Amazon, BOL.com, CDiscount, ...)- Managing the shipments to the marketplaces / customers / resellers- Creating products in our database (not as easy as it sound ! Evertything must be correct: purchase price, sales price, end-user price, good photos, descriptions, commodity codes, ...)- Sharing 'knowledge' (eg on acropaq.com you will find many FAQ's and manuals)- Send mailings to our customers- Create product packages in Adobe Illustrator- Prepare invoices / credit notes / proformas for customers
