The systems I support link into multiple other systems and corporate ERP and include: - Weigh Wiz (Log delivery program from 3LOG that tracks log deliveries and feeds data to LIMS) - LIMS (Contract payment and inventory system from 3LOG for processing log deliveries) - DGS (Mill process tracking program from VallyWest Control that links into JDE and other systems) - SmarTally (lumber package labeling program from MicroWest Design that creates finished goods inventory)Along with my daily management and support duties for business systems, I have done the following for Canfor:August 2015 - May 2016I managed a $1.35 million implementation of a new delivery, inventory and contractor pay system (Weigh Wiz and LIMS from 3LOG replacing a legacy system) into all Canfor's Canadian mills. Project was delivered on time and 10% under budget.October 2015 - May 2016I managed a $100,000 implementation of a new lumber tracking program (SmarTally from MicroWest Design replacing outdated legacy system). Project was delivered simultaneously with the 3LOG project and was delivered on time and on budget. June 2016 - December 2016I took point on the integration of WynnWood (a newly acquired mill in BC) with the WW and LIMS programs that I support as well as other Canfor systems.September 2016 - February 2017I am working with the CANFOR EDGE 3 project to ensure that DGS and SmarTally are rolled out successfully at 7 of our USA mills.June 2020Integrated our Wynnwood mill into our corporate JDE inventory system from its legacy systemMarch 2021Started work as main Business Analyst on a forecasting system (Production Planning Tool) requirement gathering for system re-write that is anticipated in 2022
