- Reporting into the parks Managing Director- Responsible for the Customer Service Manager, performers and event hosts- Producing an annual events calendar to take advantage of peak and off-peak periods- Developing the parks exisiting event line up along with introducing new experiences- Producing events aimed at all demographics, from families with young children to adult only experiences focused on driving bar spend- Developing events to be of a theme park quality within an award winning farm park setting, reviewing key KPI's to drive guest experience- Script writing shows- Being the creative lead for all theming and set dressing for events- Delivering events in line with strict budgets- Responsible for casting, rotas and manpower planning for all events- Responisble for delivery of all park, event and show audio- Responsible for all elements of events; from initial conception through to event set up and set-dressing, to on the floor operational management- Working with a diverse team of performers, creatives, technical, farm team and contractors- Commissioning Scream Fields Fear Park, an award winning Halloween attraction- Developing a new operational strucutre for the park; including a team of Duty Managers & Team Leaders- Assuming role of park duty manager on a rota basis
