This includes anything from creating software to streamlining policies and procedures.When not consulting with coaching clients I do non-paid work for Adolescents/Young Adults. We train educators and youth workers in our unique model for helping young people meet the challenges related to coming of age. This is done through a nonprofit organization called YoungAndWiser, Inc.
