ESPN/ Jan 2020 to CurrentAs a Remote Traffic Coordinator I am responsible for planning, procuring and managing thetelecommunications facilities and services that connect worldwide event venues with ESPNin Bristol and other destinations as necessary.Services provided include the procurement and coordination of transportable and fixedsatellite earth stations, occasional satellite transponders, high and low bandwidth fibercircuits, voice and data circuits, encryption and compression technologies and othertelecom services and facilities as needed.Responsible for developing and managing cost budgets for each program delivery

Schedules. assigns, oversees and reviews the work of Marshals engaged in securityoperations or prisoner transportation/controlPlans unit workflow and determines priorities. Provides staff training. Conductsperformance appraisalsActs as liaison to other agencies including but not limited to State, Local Police, FederalAgencies including Immigration (ICE). Prepares reports both Local and Federal as well asprepares correspondenceResolved conflicts through compliance with policies and regulations in a fair and consistentapplicationActed quickly and with judgement and discretion in emergencies and difficult situations

Set up telephone and internet services for new and current customers by contacting them ahead of time and going on site to the home or business and test equipment, run wiring and assemble / install devices.
