Involved in delivering Greenhouse Gas estimations for reporting years 2015-2017 for the Beca Australia business, and in 2018 took on accounting for Beca Group. Very proud to have been involved in the refinement of the reporting processes and to have contributed to Beca's first publicly published sustainability reviews. As one of Beca's accredited Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professionals I was involved in the definition of an Australian-first biofuel project's ISCA strategy. Commissioned during feasibility stage to design a plant that can turn the waste produced from a forestry processing plant into a substitute for coal. A working example of the circular economy in action, I am very eager to develop more projects founded on these principles.

Provided a variety of project management services on a number of commissions that ranged across road, power, and industrial market sectors. These included:Contracts and tender management:— administration of 21 supply and install contracts totalling approx. $80 million for a specialist meat processing and packaging facility (see Coles Meat Processing Facility link)— tender management: management of a 250kW rooftop solar installation select market tender, working with technical experts to evaluate submissions and our client to form and carry out a multi-criteria analysis to select a successful subcontractorDesign— delivery of a $2.2m road detailed design project, including representing the design team in community consultations, commercial management and team leadership (see Memorial Avenue Upgrade link)— delivery of a $1.3m train station upgrade project, engaged 6 disciplines to deliver to a crashed schedule, involving finance, program and scope management.Asset management— commissioned to develop a custom asset management tool, responsible for designing the tool’s structure and interface in Microsoft Excel using VBA to simply and effectively capture key asset data, including developing macros using VBA to bring efficiency to the data capturing and asset management processes.

Part of a small construction management team responsible for the planning, management and delivery of boutique residential developments on Sydney's north shore. Managing contractors and translating technical requirements, the high-pressure environment of construction was where I mastered the mentality of making it happen. — Involved in various stages of delivery of 48, 68, 213 and 64 unit development projects. — Involved in managing work packages from contract negotiation through to completion. — Finding solutions to on site queries, both technical and contractual. — Managed contracts and client expectations through Defect Liability Periods
