About Tom Bledsoe

Highly motivated - Great communicator - Excellent Customer Service. I excel in balancing customer needs with management and budgetary needs. Searches through all resources to accomplish goals. My expertise is providing customer service for the whole life cycle of Medical Imaging equipment. This includes consulting on purchases, maintaining systems, and scheduled and unscheduled services until equipment is ready for retirement. I focus on Digital X-ray systems, in the medical, dental, and equine industries. I have experience and training in cardiac mapping, remote catheter guidance (Stereotaxis), and ablation systems. I also enjoy teaching in-person and virtual sessions to radiology students and BMET's technical information in both formal and informal settings. I have worked for O.E.M.s such as Philips, Dornier, and GE, as well as in-house support for Imaging Teams.Currently on the board of the Kentucky Association for Medical Instrumentation and adjunct instructor at Ivy Tech Community College.
