Management of a 300 room resort operated by AccorHotels, adjacent to several renowned golf courses at Carrara on Queensland's Gold Coast. $15M in annual turnover and staffing of 150, with a large-scale conference and events operation. The resort specialises in C&E, leisure - including international inbound groups - and sporting groups.

The Sebel Brisbane - Australia

Responsibility for a 167 room, strata apartment hotel in the centre of Brisbane's CBD, including restaurant and conferencing facilities. Also reporting to Body Corporate for overall facilities management and oversight of outsourced housekeeping operation. Oversaw a major rooms refurbishment project in 2008/09 and basement level remediation following the 2011 Queensland floods.

Managment of a 4.5-star, 115 room strata hotel in Melbourne's Collins Street banking district, including conferencing (weddings) and Treasury Restaurant - the heritage-listed, 130 year old banking chamber of the former Bank of Australasia.

Quay West Suites Melbourne - Australia

Responsible for a 117 suite, 5-star strata apartment hotel in Melbourne's vibrant Southbank precinct, including conferencing and restaurant/bar, in addition to building management for the Body Corporate. Developed partnerships with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Melbourne Theatre Company.

Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove - Australia

Managed the Rooms Division at one of Queensland's most iconic resort locations within Sanctuary Cove - the benchmark for Australian master-planned communities. Featuring two championship golf courses, a marina village - host to the annual Sanctuary Cove Boat Show event. Oversaw lagoon pool Balinese massage concept, Regency Club executive lounges and Camp Hyatt kids club.

Hyatt Regency Auckland - New Zealand

Front Office Manager, then Director of Rooms at one of Auckland's premium 5-star hotels - since rebranded as Pullman Hotel Auckland. Achievements included transition to out-sourced housekeeping structure and involvement with development of a new apartment wing - Hyatt Residences. Hosted 4 major economies and world leaders (Australia, Russia, Peru & Mexico) during the 1999 APEC summit, held in Auckland.

A 187 room business hotel in Auckland's waterfront precinct, formerly branded as Auckland City Travelodge. Roles included Assistant Front Office Manager, Reservations Manager and Front Office Manager. Implemented transition from manual "Whitney" property management system to modern computerised infrastructure. Oversaw Reception, Concierge and Reservations processes.

An architectural and tourism award-winning 5-star hotel, with 297 rooms and 7 food & beverage outlets, adjacent to the Christchurch Convention Centre. Since rebranded as Crowne Plaza Christchurch. Commenced as a Corporate Management Trainee. Progressed to F&B Supervisor and then Night Manager.
