Also service partner employees with their own personal Netspend accounts via inbound/outbound phone calls and via email. Work closely with other Netspend departments such as Fraud, Compliance, Recoveries, Documents Review and others to resolve pending issues and ultimately achieve results in a timely fashion. Continuously involved in assisting new hires with training. As Netspend acquires new partners I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with the pace.

Assisting in training new employees and working many projects using Excel spreadsheets. As a Vehicle and Title Specialist with access to TxDot’s database I was able to assist customers in solving toll related problems with sold vehicles and bad mailing address issues. While on this project scince October 2007 I remained working for other unrelated industries.
