Leader with a wide variety of responsibilities, primarily accountable for account management and sales for Dell Technologies Enterprise class (Fortune 1000) customers. Responsible for defining, owning, managing, and driving the Dell Technologies go-to-market within our Workforce Solutions Group Western Sales organization - representing ~$1B in annual revenue and sales, spread across the various elements of Dell’s Client Solutions Group portfolio. Responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the global leaders and teams that support these highly complex customers; the organization is made up of Director level managers, field based account executives, and an extended team supporting our customers and the full breadth of the business. Responsible for maintaining deep on-going engagements with all internal core Dell Technologies teams, including Finance, Marketing, Product Groups, HR, VMware, etc, to ensure that the needs of the organization, and of the customer, are always being adequately communicated and met. Ownership of the end to end development, execution, and on-going management of the field strategies required to enable business outcomes for customers - focused on IT Transformation, Digital Transformation, Workforce Transformation, and Security Transformation. Responsible for building and maintaining trusted partnerships with C-level and VP level executive clients and customer IT teams, to assist in formulation and execution of their respective IT strategies.
