I'm an aspiring sales and team-building professional with a passion for working with people, fostering collaboration, and driving growth. My career journey has been shaped by diverse experiences in both sales and education, focused on creating meaningful connections and delivering results in dynamic environments.In April 2019, I was appointed as a manager at a franchise location facing bankruptcy, with the challenge of turning the business around. My responsibilities included recruitment, training and coaching, organization and planning, and meeting targets. Under my management, we grew the team from fewer than 10 active employees to 67 by June 2020, breaking multiple records in the fundraising sector and establishing ourselves as one of the largest face-to-face marketing agencies in the Netherlands. Following this success, I continued to work as a freelancer on sales assignments for Fonds Slachtofferhulp for three years. I recently calculated i've engaged in more than 100.000 individual face-to-face sales oriented conversations over the years.In addition, I have experience with Goesting, where I served as an instructor and host for a diverse range of outdoor programs tailored to various clients, including major corporations and government delegations. This role allowed me to refine my skills in team coordination, client engagement, and effective communication.Moreover, through teaching skating, I’ve honed my ability to communicate knowledge effectively. Whether it was teaching refugees in asylum seeker centers with Skate United, offering skate lessons to young offenders in prison at Teylingereind through WoodBeHero, or guiding adults in longboarding, I’ve learned how to adapt my approach to fit the needs of different audiences.I am excited to continue growing in my career and I’m always eager to connect with professionals and organizations that share a passion for people, teamwork, and development.
