CurrentSenior Technical Trainer Database Systems **I am delivering all courses offered in RDBMS and Data Warehouse Technologies. -ANSI SQL Programming, Relational Database Design, System Documentation, Requirements Documentation. -Data Warehouse Design, Data Profiling, ETL Architecture -SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2 Development and Administration- SQL Server Reporting Services- MS SQL Server SSIS SSAS Business Application Development.** Presenting Customized course content as appropriate to Onsite Class Offerings - I coordinate with client site personnel to define customizations, two weeks prior. - I am actively authoring onsite course customizations per client requirements. - I provide analysis of client data environments and assist in solutions design, directly within the context of running classes.- I follow up providing ongoing support to such on-site clients as required.**Authoring training curricula for class courseware: - I have written specific technical documentation that covers all aspects of MS SQL Server for RDB design and Administration. (2005. 2008) - I provide ongoing support to technical writers verifying content and revisions of student courseware.**Coordination: classroom configurations, building machines, networks and RDBMS systems for multiple class environments. - I handle any logistic, or hardware scenario, ensure beneficial student lab experience regardless. - I manage Hands On Technology-Host Hotel site issues, again ensuring beneficial student course experience.**Communication: Performing client/student handling interface role, working to manage expectations, simultaneously exceeding those expectations. - Regardless of students entry path to course, or experience level I work intensely to level the technology landscape for all course participants. - I provide feedback of student experience back to Hands On Technology, working always to improve the student learning environment and experience.
