As Executive Director, responsible for P & L of a Medicaid Managed Care Plan (HMO) providing at-risk care for over 36,000 medically indigent individuals in the three most populated counties, encompassing Omaha and Lincoln:- Revised medical managment model, achieving 17% reduction in high risk admits- Achieved NCQA "Excellent" rating- Increased membership in non-marketing state by 18%
