Responsible for executing several improvement projects throughout the entire company.

• Manage and execute continuous (lean) improvement projects of manufacturing capability with main goal: verification of A-time (progress) and reducing B-time (disturbances):• Continuous optimization of utilization of manufacturing resources in order to structurally decrease costs of units produced• Align goals of the improvement projects with stakeholders and hire external capacity for shop floor observations• Capacity calculations for the TWINSCAN factory (>1500 FTE). Forecast of manpower capacity (1 year ahead) and provide advice in the use of flexibility measures (e.g. hourbank positions)• Mapping, aligning and standardizing processes• Compose, calculate and implement new working schedules• Optimize self-scheduling within the hourbank process and monitor work capacity of employees

Responsible for the production planning and customer communication. Furthermore, I was involved in the implementation of a new ERP system.

Research to crucial competencies of self-employed workers that significantly influence the general impression of customers.
