My main responsibility is to grow the people, projects, and the company and make work easier. Day-to-day operations include the management of developers and projects teams, HR, C-level of the company, cooperation with business stakeholders. Also spreading Agile Mindset not only in projects but in whole company and recruitment of people with the right mindset to build great teams. In a single year of company growth, went from 17 to 50+ people, developing 9 commercial projects. Reported directly to the company C-level.Responsibilities:⢠Company⢠Supporting C-level management in strategic and daily decisions,⢠Responsible for company and project finances,⢠Taking care of appropriate staffing and workloads in the teams,⢠Providing OKRs as a way of growing the company and giving people the possibility tohave an impact on decisions,⢠Supporting teams on a daily basis and cooperation with customers,⢠Hiring and recruiting talented people for the company and taking responsibility for theProject Business Area (Business Analyst, Product Owners, Scrum Masters).⢠Dev⢠Building and supporting multiple product teams responsible for developing projects(for US based clients) from scratch, to MVP and successful delivery,⢠Assisting teams with organization and their ability to deliver value,⢠Recruitment new members of the company,⢠Motivating teams to achieve great results and to look for improvement,⢠Constantly improving ways of working.⢠Processes⢠Organizing SDLC processes against established policies and best practices,⢠Recommending and implementing changes to organizational procedures and processes,⢠Designing and implementing recruiting and all boarding processes.⢠Training&Coaching⢠Being a part of building our mentorship program in the company,⢠Mentoring Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters,⢠Transformation of the organization to Agile with a Grow mindset,⢠Evaluating overall performance of individual employees as well as a teams.
