I have been in construction for over 20 years working as a Director, Contracts Manager and Estimator for an award winning and highly regarded family firm in Oxfordshire. For nearly 200 years, Boshers Ltd built a reputation for high quality projects and were trusted to work on the restoration and refurbishment of many historically important buildings. I was involved with not only running and developing the business, but also estimating and contract management on a range of large and small projects. I am also recognised as an expert in heritage projects including Churches and listed properties which require specialist craftmanship, traditional methods and materials sympathetic to the building.
