My name is Tom and I come from a small town near Leamington Spa. I perceive myself as a determined, hardworking and committed individual with a natural interest in marketing and business. I believe that I have the ability to be a great leader and team player in many organisations due to skills that I have been developed from a young age watching my father develop his business which gave me a natural interest in the world of business and other experiences I my life. I believe that my skills have also been further developed later in my life by volunteering in a coffee shop from the age of 15 and at 17 where I succeed my first job in a professional setting at Tesco.In September 2020 I started a Sports Science degree at Sheffield Hallam University, but a month later due to personal reasons and a lack of interest in the subject, despite my interest in sport, I decided to leave. Upon leaving university I decided to go full-time with my role at Tesco as up until then I was only employed part-time while I studied for my A-Levels. I was full-time at Tesco until September 2021 when I started Studying at Nottingham Trent University where I now study Business Management and Marketing. During my holidays from university I continue to work part-time at Tesco in the breaks between University where I aim to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. When I am not working I enjoy going to the local gyms where I work out 5 days a week and also where I have become interested in boxing. On the weekends I play football with my mates and sometimes strangers who are looking for a team.
