Recruitment Partner within an HR shared services function for one of the largest independent Real Estate companies in the UK managing all the recruitment across 52 branches. My long term goal is to drive the performance and add value to the business by approaching, selecting and recruiting quality candidates. My role includes the following responsibilities :Managing and overseeing the full recruitment cycle across a portfolio of requisitions in a variety of departmentsRecruiting across a wide range of positions. These sit within the following business areas:- Residential Sales- New Homes- Lettings- Property Management- Valuations- Surveying- Finance and Mortgages- Insurance- Customer Service- Marketing- Sales Progression and Move Management- Administration- IT (1st, 2nd, 3rd Line , Software)Advertising vacancies using a variety of channels and use of in-house ATSBuilding talent pipelines through local colleges and professional networkingCalculating recruiting KPIsManaging the end to end recruitment process from the beginning until the on- boarding stage in a timely manner and in accordance to GDPR legislationConducting pre-screening telephone and video interviews and shortlisting candidatesArranging face to face interviews for hiring managersHeadhunting candidates and carrying out CV searchesWorking closely with Hiring Managers and Regional Directors across the company and identifying current and future personnel needsProviding advise and recommendations to hiring managers on recruitment approaches and sourcing strategiesContributing to the implementation of new recruitment processes and strategies
