Mr. Brackett has extensive experience in the Federal contracting arena. His expertise includes all aspects of financial and contractual management. As the Chief Financial Officer of IQ Solutions, Inc., he develops and manages all contractual, financial, and administrative operations. He has continued to manage these key business operations throughout the company’s continued success since its inception in 1993.Corporate ResponsibilitiesManaging all direct and indirect operations of the firm, Mr. Brackett oversees accounting, human resources (HR), contract administration, purchasing/facilities, and technical operations. He assumes full fiduciary responsibility for the firm, including budgeting, timely and accurate reporting, tax issues, profitability, and overall Government compliance. He updates and manages corporate standard operating procedures for company policies and guidelines for all support groups/functions across the board. In addition, he develops, implements, and coordinates accounting policies, procedures, and programs in areas that include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, and budgeting. Regarding the company’s external customers, Mr. Brackett engages, fosters, and maintains key working relationships, including those with Government audit agencies, banks, attorneys, audit firms, and client agencies. He also conducts direct pricing plans and negotiation of all client contracts and monitors performance. For the company’s Human Resources department, Mr. Brackett formulates the strategic mission for the HR function, and he directs development of HR policies and objectives. He guides and develops, implements, and coordinates programs covering all HR areas. These areas include employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, safety and health, the HR information system, employee relations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO).
