I'm currently managing major renovations at 2 pharmacies.While on site and in my Maryland suburban remote service center, I manage 6 separate networks, consisting of switches, routers, servers, workstations, video surveillance, telecom, and VPNs. In a nutshell, the owner tells me that he wants to do something new in an existing pharmacy, or to build a new one, and I locate the needed resources and find a way to do complete the task. Being a hands-on manager I perform much of the electrical wiring and network cabling. I also teach teach other pharmacy personnel who have the interest how to support their local technology so that malfunctions are corrected quicker, and to add redundancy in help desk support.
