Tom Bright is a chartered engineer with fifteen years’ experience in power generation projects in Europe, Africa and The Middle East.Tom specialises in the provision of Lenders’ Technical Advisory services during pre-financial close, construction monitoring and operations monitoring for power plants. Tom is currently responsible for providing and managing the delivery of technical advisory services to project lenders on several projects in the UK and West Africa. He is skilled at deciphering, and quantifying, the key issues to lending institutions.Tom has worked in the role of Owner’s Engineer throughout the project lifecycle including; preparing specification documents, tender evaluation, design reviews, and several periods of site work during the construction and commissioning phases. Tom has experience of thermal performance modelling and cost evaluation using Thermoflow software (GTPro, SteamPro, PEACE and Thermoflex).
