What is Hospitality? To me, it’s about the relationships we create every day. It’s with our hotel guests and our clients, and with our team members too. We are a family of people, helping other people feel welcomed and the warmth of hospitality when being away from home and their families. We are here to serve each other, especially serving the needs of our guests. I love what I do! It’s a passion, it’s loyalty, it’s who I am and who we are in caring for each other. It’s their wellbeing, their safety and the needs of our guests that we serve. We are inspired every day by the people we meet. While people may come into our lives as strangers, some remain in our hearts forever. We hope that we too, might hold a place in their hearts as well. In my role as Director of Sales, I have two types of clients… Internal Clients and External Clients. My internal clients take great pride in serving the care and needs of our external clients. They are the light of hospitality. My External Clients give us endless opportunities to change lives for the better every day while creating new relationships along the way. Now, when I am not at work and I get to recharge my batteries… my wife and I love to spend our time at our other home in the Mountains of Western North Carolina.
