At MGP I work preliminary face to face with clients although I also work digitally where preferred. Each session lasts 50-60 minutes. My theoretical approach and training is integrative. I was part of the management team and am often the only manager on shift, but also work well collaboratively. Key-holder responsibilities - Open/closing of store. Activities coordinator in a dementia residential home. I was responsible to create a daily timetable of activities for residents - individual tasks as well as external entertainment e.g. singers, lease with families of residents, regular fundraising, decorating the home in line with seasons - dressing communal rooms to reflect time of year. Bank support worker - Worked full time or more hours the whole time. I would support complex individuals in residential settings, day centres and in the wider community. Following support plans to act in best interest of individuals. I would also delegate job roles at raby gardens when working there for the day.
