Coolmilk provide milk to 1 million children daily, each week we convert orders from thousands of local dairies into orders to hundreds of local dairies. It is at the centre of this operation to minimise both the human interaction needed and the number of input errors.I have transformed IT placing the department at the centre of the business, this has allowed the department to be responsive to user needs improving effiecency accross the board.I have also modernised the back-end infrastructure and added resiliency to the organisation, in the form of clustering, immutable backups, father, grandfather backups, resilient core switching (3810m pair), Fortigate firewall cluster with forticleint and fortianalyser for single pane of glass. I have also implemented and acted on penetration testing results to further reduce risks.

I joined CSL group services after a cyber incident and sudden the loss of the infrastructure manager. I helped aid in the strengthening of backup strategies, implemented change management, and reduced privilege levels. I also put forward a plan and started implementing server clustering, shared storage, good power design and redundant networking via a pair of core switches.I lead a team to deliver both IT support for an industry-leading ERP product used by the UK's largest traffic management organisation and a more traditional MSP team delivering services to local businesses.
