Currently working as an Automation Engineer at AccessHQ; with proven experience in an agile environment with clients such as Village Cinemas. Demonstrating skills as a web and app test engineer for a high traffic e-commerce website. Focus on automation for test environments and UX for an array of devices, I have had exposure to technology such as Atlassian Toolset, Sitecore CMS, ASP.NET development, Selenium WebDriver. Daily tasks inlcude conducting thorough testing of new web developments, SEO monitoring and reporting, optimising processes with hotkey or jQuery scripts, building/running automated tests and of course documentation. My soft skills have been built from years of different employment enviroments including cafes and restaurants, promotion at local markets and experience in children's entertainment venue prior and during my career in IT.As a student, I was also worked as a peer level computer science tutor at Griffith University, leading a class of up to 30 students. Classes discussing computer architecture, logic level design and object oriented programming. My written and verbal communication is immaculate. Having worked remotely, interacting with teams of various sizes over Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zoom is no problem for me. I have proven to be a self-motivated worker that is always looking out for the needs of the client and ensuring a great experience for the customer!
