Energy Management

Responsibilities include management of multiple direct-report staff to prepare project concepts, business development presentations, technical and cost proposals, estimates, feasibility studies, surveys, scheduling, design and execution of multi- discipline / multi trade client energy projects on time and within budget. Direct project experience for both public and private clients for the following: · Sustainable Energy Master Plans · Natural Gas Procurement (Traditional RFP and Online Auctions) · Electric Procurement (Traditional RFP and Online Auctions) · Photovoltaic ­ Feasibility Studies, Financial Analysis, Design and Construction · Wind Power - Feasibility Studies, Financial Analysis and Design · Demand Side Management ­ ECM identification and implementation · Energy Auditing ­ Planning and oversight · Measurement and Verification · Lighting Upgrades and Retrofits

Responsibilities included providing the owner and/or end user with the information and support necessary for the successful launch, execution and completion of capital projects for the oral-dose pharmaceutical industry. In addition to the supervision of contractors and consultants during large scale equipment and system installation, provided representation to the facilities management staff for issues such as documentation management, review of validation protocols and procedures and the development and revision of engineering standards to ensure compliance to FDA regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Responsibilities included feasibility studies, engineered design, estimating and allocation of funds for capital projects ranging from small office renovations to large HVAC and equipment and utility system upgrades with an order of magnitude of $50K to $5MM. Developed project scopes, facilitated contractor bidding, scheduling, cost-tracking and construction management from concept to completion. Coordinated system installations and building renovations with facility maintenance personnel to accommodate efficient and effective operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities included implementation and management of the installation and start-up of Andover Controls Infinity building automation systems primarily in chemical research laboratory and clean room applications. Additionally, computer software programming, loop tuning, validation support and turnkey management of the installation, start-up and qualification of Phoenix Controls fumehood and critical airflow controls.
