I'm happy to be back in the City of Oneonta, Alabama.I’ve represented clients in the wireless telecommunications industry since 1999. Before coming back to Oneonta, I was a member of two firms in Birmingham, Alabama: Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz and Haskell, Slaughter, Young and Rediker. I served as General Counsel of Corr Wireless, a small regional provider of wireless telecommunications services for nine years. In that role, I represented the company in regulatory matters, site acquisition, tower construction, retail development and employment matters, among other things and have been active in industry associations. I previously served for over four years as Assistant General Counsel of Community Bank in Blountsville, Alabama. In that role, I represented the Bank in state and federal court in collections, foreclosure, evictions and bankruptcy. I also reviewed title and issued mortgage title insurance on behalf of the bank's mortgage company.I've been active in civic and community affairs in the city of Moody as a member of the GUSC Board and previously in Oneonta as chairman of the Utilities Board of the City of Oneonta and as past president of the Oneonta Lions Club.
