I specialise in Property Litigation, advising on both commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes acting for both landlords and tenants as well as assisting landlord clients with management of their leasehold portfolios. I also have experience in acting in a support capacity to remove obstacles to development as part of a wider commercial strategy. I have dealt with a range of property insolvency instructions, including advice connected with administrations, liquidations and CVAs. Finally, I have a particular interest in specialist telecommunications matters and have worked on a number of disputes acting for both operators and site providers.
