Tom Bush is a commercial arbitrator and a member of Smith, Gambrell & Russell's Litigation and Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Groups. Tom has extensive experience in complex litigation, antitrust and insurance matters. In particular, he has been actively involved in the representation of significant American, European, and Japanese companies in the global insurance and reinsurance industry.
