Serves as CSA's primary interface with the government and provides overall leadership and guidance for 201Capstone employees assigned to four MTCC contracts (ARNG/JBLM/JMSC/FT Johnson). Provides and supports mission command training at brigade and below through the use of advanced simulation systems, mission command system integration, network administration, risk management framework analysis, and engineering solutions, enabling echelons above brigade training through the integration of established training environments—to include live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVC-G) enabling Commanders to accomplish their training objectives and increase unit readiness. Responds to government questions, concerns, and comments and proactively alerts corporate leadership to potential contractual or programmatic issues. Assesses financial performance and manages task orders to stay within the contract ceiling.

Program Manager responsible for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract are met for all four FLETC sites included in the contract. Accountable for coordinating directly with the designated client representatives and stakeholders and is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, and directing the performance of all security personnel assigned to the contract at four FLETC sites geographically dispersed throughout the United States. Responsible for delivery of services described in the agreement, receiving any complaints concerning performance of contract services, and rectifying the causes of the protests. They are fully empowered to execute operational decisions on behalf of the contractor and remain available to manage, support, and assist all FLETC sites in ensuring continued timely and compliant delivery of services. Provides daily and regularly scheduled status updates to the Primary COR and ensures continuity of services at all locations.

Compliance Director/Inspector General (IG) for the Commanding General of U.S. Army Forces Command, the Army’s largest command of 750,000 Soldiers with a $4.5 billion operating budget. Directly leads and manages a personal staff of 25 Soldiers and civilians responsible for conducting inspections and investigations to determine organizational effectiveness and compliance with all statutory and regulatory Army requirements. Conduct confidential investigative inquiries and formal investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, fraud, waste, and abuse. Primary Army agent for the federal inspection of 54 United States Property and Fiscal Offices. Serves as the organizational inspection program coordinator for FORSCOM. Provide independent oversight over FORSCOM Army intelligence activities and components to preserve the rights of U.S. persons; conduct inquiries into the state of the discipline, efficiency, morale, mission performance, economy, training, and readiness of FORSCOM unit, providing the Commanding General with quantifiable findings, and actionable and timely recommendations on how to improve the overall readiness and warfighting capabilities of our formations. Serve as the focal point for all coordination, action, and execution of external audits, inspections, and investigations and inquiries generated from the Department of Defense Inspector General, Department of the Army Inspector General, Government Accounting Office, Army Audit Agency, and Congressional and Presidential Inquiries of interest to The Inspector General.

Commanded a Military Police Brigade consisting of 7 battalion-level organizations with 1500 Soldiers and civilians geographically dispersed at 59 field offices worldwide conducting criminal investigations. Provided investigative, criminal intelligence, protective services, logistics security, and forensics support to Army and Joint Force Commanders within CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM (eastern half of U.S.) areas of responsibility. Partnered with Federal, State, local, coalition, joint, interagency, and host nation law enforcement agencies. Provided professional investigative support and Rule of Law Capacity capabilities through advising and training missions supporting overseas contingency operations. Managed an annual $19 million budget.

Provided strategic planning, analysis, operational support, and strategic communication support to the Army G8, directly supported the G8 for requirements to the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff, and Vice Chief of Staff Army; analyzed G8 priorities, policies, and products to develop strategic communications to gain support for Army programs from critical stakeholders in Congress, media, academia, defense leaders, industry and think tank organizations. Integrated, coordinated, and synchronized events for the G8 across the Army, Joint, and OSD staff.

Battalion Commander of a Military Police Battalion consisting of 10 Active Duty, Reserve, Army National Guard MP Companies, and 2 Air Force Security Forces units with over 1,800 Soldiers and Airmen dispersed throughout Baghdad, Iraq; managed property worth over $280M and a wartime operating budget of $75M. Served as the lead Coalition Force Program Manager (PM) in Multi-National Division-Baghdad of the Iraqi Police Services through the fielding and training 95 Police Transition Teams, which trained over 15,000 Iraqi Policemen. Built coalitions of international law enforcement organizations working in Iraq to achieve common goals of establishing effective law enforcement operations to stabilize the nation. Determined legislative requirements and progressive policies in partnership with Multi-National Force - Iraq, U.S. Department of Justice, Iraqi government officials, and other organizations. Advised and consulted with U.S. and Iraqi commanders on Human Resources policy and guidance. Director of Emergency Services (DES), U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Bliss TexasAs the Director of Emergency Services, I developed and implemented Installation Emergency Management planning, equipment, training, exercises, and evaluations to promote mission readiness in support of 25,000 soldiers, 50,000 family members, and 5,000 DoD civilians on a military installation with a population of over 125,000.

Served as the Principal Operations Officer for Task Force 134, Multi-National Corps Iraq, a unit chartered by the Secretary of Defense to conduct detainee operations within Iraq. I was responsible for developing and executing plans, operations, task organization, training, and force tracking for all operational requirements with the Task Force battle space. I coordinated the efforts of the Task Force staff and worldwide investigations of terrorist suspects captured in the Global War on Terrorism. I revised the TF concept of operations via a Strategic Campaign Plan for providing correctional officer support to five detainee facilities, including a special operations task force and a Joint Interagency Task Force/Rule of Law Task Force, that enabled the successful prosecution of over 2500 terrorists in compliance with the host nation's judiciary processes.
