Overall sales responsibility for ConvaTec AWC business covering North of England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland. Management of sales and commercial strategy for business through all supply routes including FP10, NHSSC, Direct Supply (inc CCOMs/Amcare), NHS SBS and National purchasing bodies & associated contracts & frameworks. Line management of 9 Healthcare Development Managers. Role expands to include Sales Force Management link for Data & Business Intelligence.

Management and coaching of sales team covering Primary & Secondary Care in East Midlands and East of England. Segmentation and targeting of business to drive Product access and Regional growth in product & therapy areas such as Wound Care, NPWT, Surgical, Infusion Care & Continence. Responsibility for Regional budget including account and customer pricing, rebates and contracts.

Key account and customer management covering acute & community from North London to East Midlands region. Responsible for collaborative procurement hubs, direct supply opportunities, formulary management and regioanl e-auction and Tender activities. Key customer engagement with Tissue Vaibility Nurses, Medicines Management, Procurement and CCG leads.

Account Management for Wound Care team covering various changing territories including East Midlands, South Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Hertfordshire. Supporting product use with key clinical contacts including TVNs, DNs, PNs and Nursing Homes. Regional lead for IT & CRM.

Territory Sales Manager role supporting the Wound Care business across East Midlands. Providing product training and updates for TVNs, DNs, PNs and Nursing Homes.
