I am an experienced leader in Financial Services, having been successful in Operations, Projects, Business Improvement and Business Banking lending and Relationship Management.I am seen as an approachable leader with success in leading teams through change, whether it be process or system change, as well as organisational change.For the last 5 years I have been leading operational teams in the third-party lending (Broker) channels and have enjoyed driving outcomes for end customers, brokers and colleagues.During 2009 – 2011 I lived and worked in Hong Kong and Shanghai. As a key member of nab’s project team, I led the product stream to deliver nab’s product readiness for the Shanghai branch upon approval of the banking license. Working across cultures was an amazing experience, and I learnt a lot about delivering outcomes in a foreign jurisdiction, creating the playbook over time. I was able to travel extensively from my HK base and made lifelong friends.I most recently led the Operations functions of the PLAN, FAST & Choice Broker Aggregation businesses.
