During Pre ExecutionResponsible for Surveying planning of the 2013 Fabric maintenance Campaign on the Elgin PUQ for Total E&P. Taking Survey Visits off shore to Validate Work surveyed prior to commencement.During ExecutionResponsible for the safety, production and productivity of a team of 100 men offshore for 3 months working on rota and in the office to ensure a smooth running of the campaign.

Responsible for the safe running of CUI (Corrosion under Insulation) project at St Fergus Gas Terminal, Along with any additional bolt on projects to the onshore contract. I also deputised for the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the contract on site.

Responsible for the management of material and hire equipment, Labour control in line with job requirements. Planning and progress – weekly progress/ planning meetings with the client to ensure smooth execution of work scopes. Cost control – producing and monitoring CTR quotations to execute work scopes (Inc. liaising with third party suppliers with any design intent and managing through to completion)Quality control – implementing company and industry quality control plan to ensure installations are compliant with specification and regulations. Liaising with client onshore and offshore production, maintenance, HSEQS departments and maintaining client relationship. Management visits and implementing company procedures.

My responsibilities include…

Provide Advice and Guidance to project managers and client team leaders in respect to budgeting forecast and estimation. Set up and control financial contract restraints and procedures. Produce weekly cost reports and monthly valuations. Update internal and external departments on contract performance. Produce detailed cost trackers for issue to clients. Transferable skills: The ability to communicate to all levels of project teams. The skills to set up and manage large projects (20 million+ per annum ) , and accurately track and control all financial aspects of projects.

Cost control and management of Construction projects. Monthly duties include preparation of all financial reports and valuations.Sub-Contractor negotiations, measurements, and payments. Client liaisons for variations extras and alterations to Contracts. Transferable

General management on several larger construction projects. Daily duties included management of labour on site, material ordering, subcontractor negotiations and control, attending client meetings to ensure product delivery.Transferable skills: the ability to manage a large work load, prioritise tasks and ensure a high standard of work is delivered under time constraints.
