I underwriting and sign off large, complicated charity policies across multiple lines of cover for my own accounts and for colleagues working in both the New Business and Renewals teams. In addition I provide pricing guidance, discounts and sign off for the renewals team’s work.I earned the joint highest level of delegated underwriting authority at our C&SO office within 4 years at the company. I'm consistently one of the top three performers on a 12 person renewals team.

My role was based around inbound and outbound sales (both face to face and over the phone), risk assessment and underwriting.
