Sales role, going door to door with residential customers to switch to Spectrum. Saving them money and giving them a better experience with internet, TV and Mobile phone.

My responsibilities - managing my accounts from digital files coming in the door to product leaving the dock door. Checking invoices, looking at recovery for each account. Talking with customers on a daily basis, working with our Imaging, Press, Finishing and Distribution department.
