Goulburn Hospital & Health Service (GHHS) Redevelopment Project, NSW Health Infrastructure ($120m) The GHHS project involved the consolidation of existing services from two sites into a new acute services building. I was heavily involved with the establishment of the project's governance framework, particularly consultation with the Local Health District. I was also involved with the delivery of the Enabling Works phase and design development process for the Main Works.

This involved the preparation of a Master Plan for the Commonwealth's properties at Kiribati. This included a Market Review of potential development approaches including insitu construction through to prefabricated hybrid modules.• Business Continuity Feasibility Study, ACT Emergency Services Agency ($3.5m). A Feasibility Study for the relocation & establishment of a new Business Continuity Communications Centre for the Emergency Services Agency. This required a Business Case & full GC21 design documentation.• Height Safety Project, Department of Parliamentary Services ($5.2m). This involved the design & installation works of height safety systems at the Australian Parliament House. This required management of heritage & public sensitivities within a building of national significance.• Channel Operations Facility, Department of Human Services ($3.5m). Project included the expansion & fitout of a centralised national operational command facility.
