About Tom Canavan

Tom is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a highly motivated individual with a passion for developing people. He has an extensive learning and development background, experienced in designing and delivering classroom based training and coaching on a 1:1 basis. Has delivered technical systems training as well as ’soft skills’ training and is experienced throughout the training evaluation and implementation cycle. He is the lead implementer of Mobile technology for Volker Wessels UK, responsible for delivery of this new technology across the group.
