Validate and test products to quality standards. Kaizen process approach utilized for new ideas and cost savings initiatives. Capturing issues, team building activities, finding solutions, product design and validation, working closely with foreign manufacturing facilities, and building relationships with foreign counterparts is an essential key to success in daily activities. Financial overview, sourcing suppliers, quality control, DVP, timelines and structured approaches to meet goals is a daily task. Secondary activities include outlining and reviewing marketing articles and blogs about the braking industry, technical customer service and catalog team assistance.

Conduct GMW14925, GMW14926, GMW14351, and ATE specifications.Perform all aspects of hardware prototype testing including durability. Setup Link Dynamometer machines and Schenck brake dynamometers.Operate: gauges, load cells, variety of measurement devices, noise calibrations, I-SIM calculations, PCU controller use, BEEP testing, MU calculated checks.Experience in writing C+ scripts for Dynos, CCP fixture design, timeline planning, scheduling, customer interface, build, verification, and testing.Responsibilities: Caliper functionality testing, Vehicle fleet control/maintenance, Customer interface for special projects, ABS and EIPB Builds, Benchmarking, Customer technical training, Vehicle lease and management.

Responsible for conducting all aspects of friction testing including: performance, noise, hot and cold weather conditions, groan, wear, and crack tests. Daily tasks included taking initial measurements, Surfometer and DTV readings, setup of Link Dynamometer machines.Responsible for conducting abuse, durability, and fatigue testing. Performed tests using MTS controllers (406, 407, 410, 436, and 458). MTS flex test and MTS 329 half car road simulator experience.Set up and run axle dynamometers, high speed prop shaft machines, environmental chambers and torsional impact tests.
