Came onboard as an entry level seasonal technician and quickly gained recognition from my attention to detail as well as knowledge in ecology, biology, and botany. In charge of maintaining and taking home a company vehicle, residential & commercial pesticide applications, and customer service. I acquired commercial pesticide applicator licenses in CORE, 3A, 3B, and 7A in New Jersey as well as New York State. I also trained another office’s technicians in Hawthorne NY in 2019. I was being considered for a new Regional Technician Trainer position in the company.

Inventory manager. Led a team working truck & overstock, planograms, signage, store presentation, and customer service. Also performed manager duties of cash management as well as opening & closing the store.

Led a team in the care and maintenance of the animal department as well as typical manager duties of the store (cash management, opening & closing the store, store presentation, working stock, customer service). Here I learned the care of saltwater fish & invertebrates as well as ferrets, which I did not know at my previous employer.

Started in 2009 as a sales associate and was quickly promoted to a support manager within a month, assisting all other members of management. With becoming management, I learned cash management as well as opening and closing the store by myself. By September, I was promoted to an inventory manager, which assisted the presentation manager and led a team in setting planograms, signage, working truck shipments as well as overstock, and overall store presentation.
