I am an Oil and Gas professional with over 15 years experience in resource and infrastructure project development and delivery. My particular skillset lies in socio-environmental requirements of project delivery, specifically; landholder relations and negotiations, regulatory approvals, cultural heritage and native title management and stakeholder engagement. I have extensive experience in developing landholder negotiation and compensation strategies, indigenous engagement and agreement negotiation; the development and implementation of stakeholder consultation and communication strategies and regulatory approvals, for both the Queensland and New South Wales Petroleum industry.I have a demonstrated ability to navigate complicated and multifaceted approvals regimes; develop pragmatic landholder engagement and negotiations strategies; and manage complicated land access negotiations which when coupled with my thorough understanding of the Aboriginal Native Title and Cultural Heritage management obligations has resulted in project outcomes which are coordinated, timely and within budget. The breadth of my skill set has allowed me to develop and implement strategic approaches to addressing a variety of technical disciplines. Early identification of issues and conflicts has allowed me to manage risk, minimise costs, improve project outcomes and provide greater surety around project development.
