He has led major initiatives including; real estate portfolio optimization; corporate travel program; company event management; office site consolidation; campus renovation; and, Workday P2P implementation. Prior to joining BAYADA, Tom held management positions at Nutrisystem, PricewaterhouseCoopers, United Parcel Service, Answerthink and Alliance Consulting.Tom has a Master of Engineering degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Tom is a member of the Order of the Engineer and was named the 1999 “Delaware Valley Young Engineer of the Year”. He is a past member and director of the Lehigh University Industrial and Systems Engineering Advisory Council and currently holds a leadership role on the University’s Healthcare Systems Engineering Industry Advisory Council. Tom is an Executive Committee member and active volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter and the Corporate Real Estate Networking Group (CoreNet) Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
