Documented Manually intensive, Endowment administration life cycle. Architected a more efficient, tightly controlled business process and automated solution with assistance of business users and application developer. Project involved financial transaction system being integrated with CRM to provide visibility of donor contributions to endowments, and visibility of projects funded by Endowments.

While working for Client Motorola, conducted customer interviews to attain system requirements for Operational and Executive Dashboards. Authored requirements document and worked with the business to secure sign-off / build approvals. Interfaced with development group during application build process. Developed and administered user acceptance testing document for newly developed functionality and dashboards. Participated in system readiness, implementation oversight, and end user training for post production transition to business personnel.

Managed/Maintained relationship between Lawson IT and the business units within the Lawson Division. Access to privileged future business strategies for planning purposes within the IT organization. Defined and developed software Acceptance criteria between IT and business to ensure focus on Quality software development and implementation and also to foster a sense of "team" where major initiatives/strategies were involved

Managed first successful implementation of IBM WebSphere Commerce developed Website at Lawson. Responsible for managing team of developers and IT resources (internal as well as external) to maintain and enhance division Websites to support our corporate E-commerce strategy. Responsible for all project management tasks including monitoring of project budget, development resources and functional scope. Project Status was routinely communicated to senior management.

Led or co-led a myriad of technology projects including: implementation of GAINS purchasing/forecasting tool; upgrade of EXACTA Warehouse Management System in use at Lawson DC's; development of proprietary Quote Capture tool; development of Government Services Administration Order scanning module to interface orders from around the world with E-commerce sites.

Led business process review to determine effectiveness of current state applications. Responsible for all aspects of Baan ERP Implementation including communication of project status to Senior Management. Targeted areas for improvements include Distribution and Supply chain management functionality (Purchase/Sales Orders, inventory control cradle to grave). Coordinated IS related activities (data conversion, interfaces, parameterization) between Lawson corporate IS resources and functional business team and offshore development team. Lead Change Management team to communicate impending changes to functional users.

Supported the Supply Chain functionality of the BPCS Enterprise Resource Planning Software including Warehouse/Inventory management, DRP as well as Order Entry functions. This function Entailed support for end-users of the software and as a communiqué to Research and Design group. Responsible for providing education to client users and timely testing/documentation of software anomalies and ultimately fixes.
