Alcumus Reportline was a 24/7 dedicated phone reporting service to help clients manage Health & Safety accident/incident reporting and absence reporting. In my role as a Senior Reportline Consultant, I was required to conduct quality reporting on colleagues regarding their performances, providing constructive feedback to maintain a high level of customer service. I was in continuous communications with clients, assisting with Health & Safety and administrative queries, making sure they were provided the best experience for their work colleagues. I was appointed to train new and existing employees, helping with their journey to become experts in RIDDOR.

As a Reportline Consultant I was responsible for taking client calls to track, log and report workplace accidents/incidents and absences. I would take general administrative queries, providing technical support to clients. The main roles of the job were to provide excellent first-class customer service to clients and being an expert in the field of RIDDOR. Through being an expert in RIDDOR I would submit RIDDOR reportable accidents to the HSE on behalf of the client.
