Bobbie was recently named in Fast Company’s coveted Brands that Matter List.• Worked in lockstep with VP of Regulatory and Legal teams to design a groundbreaking infant formula label that pushed design boundaries for the industry while also meeting all FDA regulatory requirements.Impact: Differentiated look and feel helped establish Bobbie as the fastest-growing infant formula company in the United States.• Brought to life all touchpoints of the unboxing experience from the outer box, brand pamphlets, product photography, to brand-empowering lid stickers that disrupted the category.Impact: Culturally this helped shake the stigma associated with infant formula and encourage people to share the product organically on Instagram because Bobbie evolved the experience of purchasing formula from shameful to empowering. The organic reach of unboxing photos has helped the company become the most followed formula company on Instagram in the U.S.• Conceptualized and designed Bobbie’s first endcap and on-shelf experience in an exclusive retail deal with 1800 Target stores nationwide.Impact: The differentiated design that features faux turf and equal parts product and mission helped lead 6x sales beyond projections in Target stores, and spearheaded a first-of-its-kind feeding aisle endcap in Target coming in 2023.• Brought brand campaigns to life in event design, and experiential concepts for campaign launches, including the No One-Size Feeds All event with Ashley Graham during NYC Fashion Week.Impact: Helped guests and celebs feel connected to the brand and mission with interactive moments visual design and surprise and delight elements.

• Lead Designer on RH Gallery Team, reporting directly to VP of Architecture, conceptualizing and designing brand mission to blur the lines of retail, residential and hospitality.• Managed both physical and experiential design of gallery spaces while working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders including architectural firms, finance, creative, graphics, and ultimately presenting finalized concept to C-suite and directly to CEO, Gary Friedman. • Delivered comprehensive schematic design proposal for dozens of potential real estate opportunities under tight deadlines to ensure internal stakeholders could make quick investment decisions by understanding the property’s full potential or constraints. • Continuously iterated design concepts based on unique historical constraints, city codes, building restrictions, and direct feedback from CEO. • Conceptualized and collaborated with team to bring the first restaurant to any RH property, first glass elevator in North America, and the company’s first residential property, the RH Guest House.
