Providing a PMO function for complex and demanding team projects specialised to the asset and wealth management space. Problem-solving for client business challenges, producing cost-benefit analysis and creating quality deliverables to enable executive decision-making in multinational companies.

Forecasting, planning and controlling all Battalion level events. Delegating to a wide array of teams in fields such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, HR, as well as medical and civilian entities to achieve successful training projects. These projects involve up to 700 people, requiring close monitoring to ensure the completion of objectives, policy compliance and management of risk in line with Army governance.

Planning and executing all Company level activities from concept to termination, specialising in directing teams of subject matter experts and collaboratively solving friction points in execution. The overall responsibility for the forecasting and coordination of all Company assets up to 130 people and 17 vehicles including scope selection, risk assurance and policy adherence to achieve training levels.

Responsible for overall Platoon performance and maximising readiness for operational deployments, measured against military skills. Providing welfare, administrative and moral support to numerous teams of differing seniority levels. Awarded runner-up in the Infantry in the ‘non-operational’ category, specifically for maintaining the output of three Platoon Commanders over a 6-month period including personnel management, welfare, and approximately 80 reports.

A 44 week residential course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst: the world’s premier leadership academy. The course focused on developing skills in command, leadership and management studies centred around communication, strategic thinking and values and standards.
