Meeting the design requirements with the brand/retailer, develop and approve all design/detail store fixture drawings/samples/finishes/prototypes.2. Complete use of ERP, update Project Launch, sales forecast, build plan, US Project/PO Tracking, quality check requirement/status, control Job Costing VS Quotation and cost saving. Communicate project activities to team and US Divisions. 3. Ensure accuracy of all quotes, master price lists, client responses ,Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction program,4. Manage all projects activities to ensure best outcomes and within quality expectation and current Service Level Agreements with the customer Co-ordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including R.F.Q. , order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installation, Develop and manage critical project/program time lines. Obtain customer approval for time lines and monitor the process through to completion5. Liaison with North American divisions to fully support the clients programs; projects and initiatives. Oversee and manage all projects to achieve successful Quality/delivery/Cost; Prioritize work and projects to best needs of the customer6. Allocate appropriate resources to achieve success within operational budget constrain, Identify cost reduction opportunities, determine targets and drive cost reduction process. Control and monitor suppliers service and cost

1. Transfer, design and localization the marine equipment projects from abroad, such as sewage treatment plant, oil-water separator….prepare all the drawings, price, material lead time/production lead time; complete bills of material in ERP（QAD system）, ECN controlling2. Promote the company required new project. Have primary responsibility for defining, planning, costing, quality, tracking and managing the projects assigned. Ensure project objectives are completed on time and satisfy product specifications. Update project status: Develop, maintain, and publish critical path schedules, coordinate daily project activities.3. Search & evaluate supplier, making proposal of product quality plan and quality control
