CurrentExecutive the programs: Levi's, McDonald's, LEGO, COACHPandora，PNC Bank,Ann Taylar,Dillard's, JCPenney ,Reitman‘s,The Children place, The Body Shop,Great Clips,Dress Barn， Uinqlo,Vitamin Shop,Victoria Secret ,Jusitelce（Tween), Payless, The limited,Dell,CHARMING CHARLIE,Barnes and Noble，J Jill，foot lockerSupport and execute the projects (Display fixtures) from IDX US divisions（Louisville /Seattle/Toronto/Dayton）.1. Meeting the design requirements with the brand/retailer, develop and approve all design/detail store fixture drawings/samples/finishes/prototypes.2. Complete use of ERP, update Project Launch, sales forecast, build plan, US Project/PO Tracking, quality check requirement/status, control Job Costing VS Quotation and cost saving. Communicate project activities to team and US Divisions. 3. Ensure accuracy of all quotes, master price lists, client responses ,Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction program,4. Manage all projects activities to ensure best outcomes and within quality expectation and current Service Level Agreements with the customer Co-ordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including R.F.Q. , order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installation, Develop and manage critical project/program time lines. Obtain customer approval for time lines and monitor the process through to completion5. Liaison with North American divisions to fully support the clients programs; projects and initiatives. Oversee and manage all projects to achieve successful Quality/delivery/Cost; Prioritize work and projects to best needs of the customer6. Allocate appropriate resources to achieve success within operational budget constrain, Identify cost reduction opportunities, determine targets and drive cost reduction process. Control and monitor suppliers service and cost
