Working on a Node.js application that currently supports over 20 million http requests per day. Also involved in front-end work using jQuery.

While working as a Release Engineer at Elastic Path I helped enforce continuous integration principles to make sure that builds were consistently tested. We used Jenkins as our continuous integration server. To help make building more consistent the release engineering team worked on changing the build software from Ant to Maven.

While working at Convergys I supported Suddenlink a cable company in the United States over the phone. While speaking with users with technical issues, I listened and tried to diagnose their problems and give them solutions so they could get their internet back.
