Responsible for budgeting, reporting and analysis for the Northeast Region of HCA-Physician Services. Update Director of Operations and senior hospital leadership as to current performance and future expectations and trends. Support local practice management and physicians through reporting and ad-hoc analytics.

Responsible for net revenue and reserve level valuations for financial statements, annual budgets, and long term forecasts for Massachusetts General Hospital. Managed a staff of analysts.

Hired to oversee all Parkland Physician Services financial matters including analysis, forecasting and reporting. Soon after starting, I assumed ownership of operations for the market as well.
